These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and by using, browsing, registering or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. We will try to keep everything as clear and easy to understand as possible.

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, because your use of the Site following any changes indicates your agreement to be bound by those modifications. Some of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of the Site (collectively, the Contents) are property owned, controlled, licensed or used with permission by Noir et Nuit.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Be authorized to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it)

Remember to check your cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before confirming your order, as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

In this circumstance, if you are returning the product(s) to us for any reason other than the products being faulty, you are responsible for returning the products to us and paying the cost of doing so.

Noir et Nuit reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders placed on the Noir et Nuit website.

We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is not available / in stock

Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable

Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity

We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself

Force Majeure

In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information

All purchases are subject to the usual validation checks and authorization procedures in place at your chosen payment provider. Any refusal by the payment provider to authorize the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Noir et Nuit liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All promotions apply to full priced items only unless specified otherwise; and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

The promotion excludes sale

To redeem a promotion code online, enter code at the checkout and click Apply. Your discount will be applied if your basket meets the requirements. If the promotion does not require a promotion code then the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Noir et Nuit.

Promotion codes are only valid for a limited time while stocks last and may be withdrawn without notice at any time.

Only one promotion code can be used per order.

Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, including 3 for 2 offers.

Noir et Nuit reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

There is a lot going on here at Noir et Nuit HQ and from time to time our busy team may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or canceling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total Cost'..

Colours We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
